Books about Plants, Art and Environments
During my research for my master thesis, I got some nice book recommendations about plants, nature, art and environment.
Natural artworks
These books provide a good overview how plants are used in Fine Arts over the last 100 years. Furthermore, it addresses and describes the environmental impacts of these design and art approaches. Pretty useful for an art history overview.

Technology, Computer Vision and Interaction
These books explor how technology can be combined with nature (focus on plants). This includes mostly the disciplines of Interaction Design, Media Art and Computer Graphics. Moreover, some of these books describe algorithmic approaches for representing plants on screen based media.

Theoretical Background
These books explore the relationships between nature, humans, and technology. The topics are mostly philosophical oriented or and sometimes related to the psychological impact on humans through plants.

These books describe and document the living organism plant. They provide a basic understanding about the plant interact with its environment and vice versa.

Other
These books are related to plants and living organism. Both of them hold a very visual appealing style of documentation and illustrations, which provides a great source for inspiration.

A little bit off topic, but the book Bio Music by Manford L. Eaton describes human bio signals which also have sometimes a useful relation to plants. Therefore I added it here as weak connected book to my topic.

These two other nice books about electronics and sensing are useful for plant based interactions for practical works. The Arduino oriented book Environmental Monitoring with Arduino: Building Simple Devices to Collect Data About the World Around Us by Emily Gertz & Patrick Di Justo is useful for beginners to analyze the environmental conditions of a plant. For much more advanced applications the book Handbook of Modern Sensors: Physics, Designs, and Applications by Jacob Fraden provides a deep insight how sensors work and which kind of signals we can measure. The topic biosensing with plants holds some similiar relations to this topic.
Another great book list regarding People, Plant and Horticulture relationship is this one:
